Registration Thursday 8th March - Upstairs @ The Pig & Whistle 5 - 8pm,

 

Registration for XC at the race 9am - 10am for the morning race and again noon till 1:30pm.

 

DH Registration is Friday and Saturday 9am till Noon at the race village.

 

Super D Registration opens @ 1pm on Wash Rd (at the finish line)

Agroventures Super-D – 2pm Friday 9th March 2012:

The Super-D is not an official UCI Oceania Title Event but ‘endurance downhill’ is increasingly popular.    The Course is approximately 10 minutes in duration and incorporates most of ‘Hot X Bun’ and 75% of ‘Be Rude Not to’.   Each rider gets 2 practice runs and 1 timed race run – transport by Southstar Shuttle.

 

BDO Oceania XCO – Saturday 10 March 2012:

The Cross Country [Olympic format] race will be based at the Redwood Memorial Grove, Longmile Rd.   

 

Southstar Shuttle Oceania DHI – Sunday 11 March 2012:

The Downhill Individual race will be held on the Taniwha Track [National Downhill] with lines selected by Course Manager Steve Pattle.   There will be a bus to the start for a walk-down course famil by competitors on the afternoon of Thursday 8th, 4 hours of practice runs on Friday morning, and 8 hours practice on Saturday 9th March.    There will be a break in proceedings, between seeding and race runs at lunchtime on race day for…

 

BDO Oceania XCE – Cross Country Eliminator – Lunchtime Sunday March 2012:

Location of this course will be keep secret until race day.   Riders will be timed and seeded before being released in motos of four – first two across the line go through to the next round.   The course requirements are for a 500 to 1000 metre course with no more than one 180 degreee turn in it.   It must be 100% rideable and drops, rocks, logs, stairs [up/down], bridges and other obstacles are encouraged to challenge the riders.
